This jacket draws inspiration from Japan’s iconic sukajan (souvenir jackets), reinterpreted through MOEK’s original pattern-making for a modern silhouette.
The fabric comes from two vintage Hawaiian shirts that have been over-dyed in dark tones, giving the piece a rich, moody character.
Piping along the sleeves adds a subtle nod to traditional detailing, while the overall construction pays respectful homage to classic design—revived and transformed into contemporary fashion through a uniquely MOEK lens.
